Terms of Trade

1. Services

Oddonomy Group provides Creative Media (Audio, Video, Storyboarding) and Data Services (Mining, Conversion, Checking). The scope of work will be defined in the quote provided to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel work at any stage without any reason. We will do our best to explain why in the response. Ensure your email is correctly captured.

2. Timeliness

We work on a queue basis and all work is on different times, some taking months and some taking hours. We make no guarantees on any time to be delivered.

If you do have a deadline please let us know, however there still is no guarantee we can make it as we deal with many other customers that could be in the same situation.

3. Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs.

3.1 Standard Payment - Sample First

We believe in trust and quality. For most standard services:

• We will provide a sample or partial delivery of the work first.
• If you are satisfied with the sample and wish to receive the full file/project, payment must be made in full at that time.
• There is no obligation to pay if you choose not to proceed after viewing the sample.

3.2 Barter Option

We value trade. Oddonomy Group accepts goods and services in lieu of cash payment. If you wish to propose a barter arrangement:

• Please detail your offer in the "Get a Quote" form.
• Barter deals are subject to negotiation and must be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
• The value of the traded goods/services must be equivalent to the quoted value of our work.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment (or completion of the agreed barter trade), all intellectual property rights for the custom work created for you will be transferred to you. Oddonomy Group retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions

We typically include a set number of revisions in our quotes. Additional revisions outside the original scope may incur extra costs.

6. Liability

While we strive for perfection, especially with our Data Checking services, Oddonomy Group is not liable for consequential damages resulting from the use of our deliverables.
